Object description: High leather riding boots [.1-2] entirely covering the leg to the calf and the front part up over the thigh. They are made of black, brown and natural coloured pieces of leather, the knee pieces cut to shape it to the knee. The knee pieces are also decorated with incised lines. The top of the boots have a twisted leather thong loop. These loops are tied together with another length of leather thong. [SM (Verve) 27/03/2014]
